the ability to add two forms on a webpage without form height issues

When i add an NXT donation form and a Constituent form (for Newsletter sign up) to a webpage, the form height of the Constituent form is defaulting to the NXT donation form so it appears expanded. The product team is recommending only putting one form a webpage but that is not optimal.
