Hi There! You guys need to make sure that all types of gifts processed into NXT can be edited. We recently had someone cancel a registration that came through a NXT form where the payment method was Paypal and there was no way to adjust the gift to 0 and note that we had refunded it in Paypal. On regular credit card gifts made through the forms we can refund and edit the gift amount in NXT.
