Automatically adjust appeal number solicited when package number solicited is changed

Currently, DB view offers 3 options to adjust the appeal's No. Solicited when its package's No. Solicited is changed. Web view does not and thus the user must manually adjust the appeal No. Solicited. Please provide the same 3 options in Web View.
