Add date last changed to the NXT Help pages

Sometimes I am viewing an NXT help article https://webfiles-sc1.blackbaud.com/files/support/helpfiles/rex/content/default.html that I know is incorrect- it would be good to know when the page was last changed so I can validate the information or know if it is outdated.
