In our organization's experience, ticket and table buyers are not always able to provide guest names at the time of registering/purchasing tickets for the event. We would have to email them and ask for the guest names. The idea, would be to send the ticket and table buyers a link to a form where they could submit their guest names and guest contact information. The form can be linked to an event. The names would flow into the event. We would also be able to communicate with the guest; sharing the location of the event. Thanking them for attending etc. It would be a wonderful way of organizing and asking for guest names.
