Include Business name if preferred address is business address
This has been mentioned in other places but it's really frustrating not to be able to see the business name with the address in the address fields. Many of our donors have a business address as the preferred address and while I keep telling my team to enter business addresses as organization relationships first and then make the address preferred, I just don't understand why the org name wouldn't appear with the address in the contact information box in NXT or on the Bio 1 tab in RE 7. It's very confusing also to our directors who access NXT now and can't easily see the complete address (which should always include the org name).

Merged Especially helpful if the business/org is the primary address. Otherwise the tab show the address but no business name - unless you add that, which can cause duplication of the business name when creating mailing labels.0 Reviewed: Voting Open

Not sure if this is part of this idea or needs to be its own idea but in database view, there is a checkbox for "Print organization with address" on relationships/contacts. When a relationship is set up in NXT (where most of our relationships are entered in by fundraisers using NXT), this box doesn't get checked. We are catching it in our acknowledgement letters (most of the time) and then fixing it but it is starting to slow down that process by having to go look up that contact to see what company name should be added. Please figure out how to either add that checkbox or to allow it to be a default field.
Also, position!
A business address in RE isn't just an address, it's a relationship. The org is just as important as the address as indicated by the setup of RE in the data entry and in the output--Org Name is just as much a part of the address block as the address lines. Users need to see the organization name when seeing the address rather than the address just looking like a stand-alone thing like a home address is--the business address is not and we really need to be able to see the business name. Thanks.
It showed correctly in "Mobile view" (prior to NXT).
This is a FABULOUS idea!!
I agree with this...we just migrated to RE NXT 2 months ago and we are having a difficult time with this as well. Many times we just want to look up an address to write a quick letter or hand-address an envelope. Having to look in multiple areas for the complete mailing address, including the organization name, is confusing, time consuming and cumbersome. Please correct this!
It has always seemed ridiculous to me that the name of the business was not on the Bio1 Tab of RE7 when the preferred address was a business address. I can't believe that this hasn't been fixed in NXT. It's kind of a no-brainer, isn't it?
