Please make editing gl numbers in a fund more efficient

I appreciate copying g/l numbers from an existing fund when setting up a new fund. But, could it please be more efficient to edit the numbers? If you need to enter a new g/l credit number, there is way too much scrolling to get to all the all the distributions. Can there be a way to apply a credit number to all the g/l numbers at once?

    Sorry - posted twice.... I don't even have the ability to add GL codes to a fund. I can see them and edit them, but I cannot add them. If I setup a new fund, when I go to the GL tab, its blank and I have no option to add.
