Allow credit card fees to go on another line in batch instead of a split gift

Since we do not use split gifts due to reporting issues. When a gift comes in through the donation form and the donor covers the credit card fee, I'd like to be able to take the fee and add it on a separate line instead of having to do a split gift.

    would like the ability to split a transaction that includes a donor-covered credit card fee into two separate gift records within an NXT Gift Batch. For example, a $25.00 donation and a $1.61 covered credit card fee should be recorded as two independent gift transactions instead of requiring the Split Gift feature. This would improve reporting and reconciliation for organizations that do not want to use Split Gifts.

    I like this idea a lot! We cannot credit those fees as "gifts" so after approving the batch where the gift exists, we need to then adjust that fees portion to zero and report this to our finance department. It would be a lot simpler if the fees portion shows up as it's own gift so it doesn't effect the original gift.
