Option to have none of the phone numbers/emails/online presense be "primary" in NXT

In Database view, it is not required to have one of the phones, emails, or links be listed as primary but for some reason its a requirement as soon as you edit these in NXT/webview. This should not be a requirement. Sometimes we don't know which phone is primary..

    This idea is very similar to ideas 1384 and 7820.

    If a person is deceased, they should have no emails or phones as primary. If a person has no active emails (all bounced or old) and we have no current emails or phones for a person, then we should NOT be forced to have an "old" value marked as primary. Please remove the requirement to have a primary phone/email/online presense values in NXT.
