Directors & leadership are unable to use the Online Giving Performance Summary as a reliable tool. I'm told it does not reflect split gifts & pledges. The tables are not customizable, making this feature ineffective & misleading.

The same is true for individual giving records. There are inaccuracies in the Giving Summary for those with Pledges & Planned Gifts. These tables are also not customizable.
