Non-constituents who are not guests
Please allow non-constituent participants to be added to NXT web view events without requiring a linked constituent record. We frequently need to include individuals on registration lists who are attending in other capacities and are not guests of another attendee. For example, an outside organization may provide 35 volunteers who are not assigned seats but still need to appear on the registration list so they can check in. Creating constituent records solely to accommodate these one-time participants is unnecessary and adds administrative overhead. Restricting event participation to individuals with constituent records creates unnecessary limitations and does not support these common event management needs.

Oftentimes guests show up at events who did not register in advance and after the event we do not know who they were a guest of, we just have a nametag that they returned. We want to reflect the information we know about them, but without additional context or contact information, I do not want to add a constituent record (which counts towards our record band cost), I would like to add them as a non-constituent participant which we had the ability to do in databaseview. Please make this available in webview.
For the example you provided, could you add the outside organization as a participant and list the volunteers as guests of the organization?
This option/feature is so important and sorely needed in NXT per our event's team's feedback. Please add ASAP
