Budgeting Facility:
Every year they look through their donor base to see what each person is going to give them and compare that to the giving history for the year, there's no facility within RE NXT so it's all manual. This is time consuming because they've got 600 lines of donor information which they compile over a period of 5 years, then look at each line to say how much they gave over the last 5 years which is what they're predicting as the budget for the next year.

Ability to record refunds:
For example, they got some money from a solicitor but he overpaid them by 56,000 which we had to give back but the solicitor was then going to give them 18,000 when they release more of the assets. This cannot be recorded in RE NXT.

Legacy Giving:
Legacies are a very, very big part of their income but they cannot record or report on the information needed, some examples but there are other fields:

Projection of how much money they'll receive
Will Date
