Provide a RE feature to mass re-assign the fundraiser (aka solicitor) in constituent Action records to another fundraiser. The intention is to replace the assigned fundraiser and not to add another fundraiser.

    Absolutely need this - this is a common need when a staff member changes over - global changes in general need some love and attention as they move in web view.
