Currently, the batch validation reports and control reports download with generic file names - "Control Report" and "Batch Validation Report". This increases the amount of time it takes to complete gift entry tasks because, aside from it taking longer for these reports to generate in the unified view, users cannot control where these reports download or the name of the exported files. Because of this, users have to perform the following steps for each report, which is cumbersome; especially when you've entered multiple batches during your session:

1. Open the batch

2. Click Print>Validation Report/Control Report

3. Navigate to their default download location on their computer

4. Rename the file

5. Move the file to their desired destination

6. Delete the file from the download location

It would be great if users had control of the following:

• Where the batch validation reports download*

• Where the batch control reports download*

• The file name/naming convention of the batch validation and control reports

*Ideally, it would be great if users could set a default download location for all validation reports and control reports.
