Membership Auto Renew option to the NXT Membership Online Form
The option of having an Auto Renew feature on the Membership NXT Online form would be very beneficial. This would allow for a more streamlined and automated way for memberships to be renewed and likely lead to better renewal rates, as you would eliminate the need for a member to remember to renew by a certain date.

This would be a valuable enhancement that could improve renewal rates by removing the need for members to remember renewal dates and helping prevent membership lapses.
However, the online form should first be able to reliably renew existing memberships. Currently, active memberships are not always recognised and updated, with a new membership record being created instead. If the form cannot consistently process a standard renewal, introducing Auto Renew could amplify duplicate memberships and administrative effort.
Once membership renewals are handled correctly, Auto Renew would be a powerful feature that could significantly improve member retention and reduce manual processing.
This is also crucial for our organization to move to membership forms. Without it, we cannot utilize the new forms.
We would like this too! As said in other posts, we already have been using recurring gifts to accomplish this and would hate to lose it when switching to Membership form.
This is crucial for us as we look to move from NetCommunity. A large portion of our membership are on autorenew. Recurring gifts are very important to us.
It would be a big help to have recurring gifts as an option. Currently, we have two sets of membership forms, one using Online Express, and one using NXT donation forms, which have a recurring gift option. Adding this option would let us dedupe our forms.
