Add way to limit "participant options" list

When creating a list of participant items (such as swag or seating arrangements), it would be helpful if I could add an amount limit. We only have 50 of each swag type, and so once 50 people choose "t-shirt" no one else can select that item.

    We also need this feature for example we have a participant option list showing all t-shirt sizes, but if one size sells out, we can't grey it out.

    Another instance is at our flagship walking event, which has three distance options, each with a capacity limit. We need to set the distance as a participant option rather than a fee, as this would create too many fee options otherwise. Again, if a distance option sells out, we have no way of stopping people from still selecting it.
