Pretty remarkable that there are currently no plans to allow for Envelope Address creation in NXT. This is the information we received from our tech team when they reached out.

"Checking in with Blackbaud Support, they have not received any additional updates from the Product or Development Team. According to Support, Batch Envelopes functionality is being considered for Web View, but it is not currently on the product roadmap and there is no estimated release date available."
