The search field needs to show the Constituent unique ID. We have people with the same name with the same address. When soft crediting in RENXT, there is no way to know which person is the correct one to soft credit. We have created a Query that used the donor ID and Membership ID since they are never the same number, but with RENXT, the address will not be any help with this problem. We then end up soft crediting the wrong person. This is highly important to get the correct person soft credited.
