Currently we can Convert a pledge into a recurring gift in DBV. If the pledge is not automated in RE-NXT WebView we have the ability to go up to the tool bar under "Gift" and click on the option "Make Recurring", the pledge is then converted to a recurring gift, based on the installment pattern that the pledge had established, with no end date. There is no need to re-enter credit card information and now the donor's gift can continue indefinitely. It would be great to have this ability in WebView (Unified View). Or, if we can't have an option like this because of certain credit card restrictions, having the ability to send a one click button in an email to donors with a pledge and asking if they would be willing to convert their current pledge to a recurring gift that will end when they tell us to stop, and then the pledge is converted to a recurring gift (as it used to be able to do in DBV) based on the donor's positive response click.
