Add date of birth as an option for Online Event Registration forms in NXT

For a lot of our events we need to ensure that the person is over 16. Using Custom field is a work around but its not ideal as we would want this to show on the DOB of the constituent.

    This is an absolute must for three of our events. We need to have the person registering for an event certify that they are over 21 years of age. All three events have alcohol and one of them also has Bingo and NJ requires for gambling we have the registrant attest that they are of age.
