Batch Entry

When creating a new batch in NXT we need the Fund ID field to be added to the batch. Other departments like accounting need to know what Fund ID that donation is given so that we can balance at at the end of the month.

    Yes, please! Any IDs associated with records in NXT should always be options anywhere they exist (constituent, fund, campaign, appeal, gift). These are crucial to our business.

    YESSSS!!! Add Campaign ID and Appeal ID fields as well. Our finance departments don't want to see the spelled out names, they want the IDs.


    Also, have the option to put it on the control sheets.
