I would like the ability to add a short, customizable description beneath each giving level on an optimized donation form.

Currently, organizations can present suggested donation amounts, but donors may not understand what each amount could accomplish. Adding an optional description would allow organizations to connect donation amounts to their mission and demonstrate the potential impact of each gift.

For example:

• $25 — Provides educational supplies for one child

• $50 — Supports a mentoring activity for a Big and Little

• $100 — Helps fund background checks and volunteer training

• $250 — Supports a mentoring match for several months

Requested functionality:

• Add an optional description field for each suggested giving amount.

• Display the description directly below or beside the corresponding amount.

• Allow descriptions to be customized for each donation form.

• Ensure the descriptions display properly on desktop and mobile devices.

• Preserve a clean form design when descriptions are not used.

• Ideally, allow organizations to edit the wording without needing HTML or custom code.

This enhancement would help donors understand the tangible impact of their contributions, make giving levels more meaningful, and potentially encourage donors to select higher gift amounts. It would also allow organizations to create more compelling, mission-focused donation forms while continuing to use the optimized form experience.
