When creating a new constituent record in RENXT, users can enter the primary addressee and salutation, but they cannot create additional addressees or salutations as part of the initial constituent creation process.

To add alternate or household-specific addressees and salutations, users must first save the constituent record and then navigate to the Addressees/Salutations area to create additional entries. This creates extra steps and interrupts data entry workflows.

Solution

Enhance the New Constituent workflow to include an option for adding and saving multiple addressees and salutations during the initial record creation – this is functionality that exists in database view.
