My organization is able to send automatic email acknowledgments to people who donate online, but manually sends acknowledgments to those who donate offline/ through other payment methods. However, the AI acknowledgment tool pulls in all gifts, regardless of payment method, fund, etc. It would be useful if we could pull acknowledgments for specific lists/ criteria (including soft credits, as others have mentioned).
