Ability to query on ID in package list, not just description

Currently, in webview you can only query on the package description under "package list" in a gift query. This is a marked difference from database view, where you can query either. This has always been available in database view, and removing it in webview is both inconvient, and means that information could easily be missed when querying on gifts by package ID, as they simply do not appear- even though they exist in the database!

    Many organizations and DBAs are used to working with IDs rather than descriptions. Losing the ability to query on this is detrimental to our work, and will inevitably mean things get missed as longterm users of DB view query who are used to being able to query on package ID in package list accept the results of queries to be true if they use the ID, even though results won't pull.
