We have had several board members who donated via a recurring gift on the Standard Donation form, and I was unable to tie it to their outstanding pledge. I have had to manually zero-out all of the recurring gift credit card payments, and re-enter the gifts separately so they properly apply. The Blackbaud Case Central gave me a work-around to "write off" with a note saying it was paid with a recurring gift payment. This works in the meantime, BUT given the manual cleanup, I made a mistake and missed a Board member's recurring gift that should have been tied to their pledge. We pestered him for his payment since it appeared as though he had not paid, when he in fact had paid and it was not manually cleaned up. This made our team look very unprofessional and unorganizied. Can you PLEASE add the linking function of recurring gifts to pledges? I would like to prevent this problem from happening again by utilizing RE to the fullest and having the most accurate data possible. Thanks.
