The tile for linked funds on appeals in webview only shows 5 linked funds, with no buttons to flip to another page of linked funds or anything.

This makes it tricky when you are trying to add another fund in webview as it doesn't let you add the fund, if it is already there, but it also doesn't tell you why you're not getting any kind of confirmation message to say the fund has been added.

Please put the < 1 2 3 4... etc > buttons so that we can scroll through the linked funds already attached.
