Would like the ability to manage and maintain Addressees and Salutations directly within Raiser's Edge NXT Web View. Currently, these fields can only be configured through Database View. With the planned transition toward a fully web-based experience, the customer is concerned about how these settings will be managed in the future and would like parity between Database View and RE NXT for addressee and salutation management.
