Currently, Web View doesn't allow a gift to be entered for a campaign if the gift date falls outside the fiscal year. Database View has a pop-up warning that says "This gift falls outside the fiscal year. Do you still want to save this gift?" If you click yes, it lets you. In Web View, it just refuses to acknowledge that the gift is valid if the dates don't fit and doesn't allow it to be saved. We regularly get gifts or pledges at the end of one fiscal year which are arriving early and intended to be credited toward the next fiscal year. Right now, I have to go into Database View to enter these gifts, so before Database View goes away, we really need that same flexibility in Web View.
