Would love the ability to create my own addressee and salutations (like in DBV). We use different salutations for different situations and different constituents and having the ability to create some standard templates and then just choose the appropriate one would be time saver. I would also love to have the option to choose which address template is used for the constituent main header... we combine spouses into one record, so being able to see Mr. John Smith and Mrs. Jane Doe as the main record header would help.
