NXT should record the auto-generated email constituents receive after submitting a constituent form to the communications tile, so anyone in the record can see the last communication they received.

If you want to really get fancy, we need the option to have the system automatically record an action of the form submission so it can record the touch. I am using a form for volunteer sign-ups and code them a constituent code of 2026 volunteer, so I can do a workaround where I have a workflow adding an action when that constituent code is added, just so we can record the touch without having to manually enter an action.
