Add Anonymous as option to display as column in lists

Please add the option for the Donor is Anonymous and Gift is Anonymous fields to be displayed in ReNXT lists.

    Yes, we need both in lists!

    It would be very helpful when I need to create a donor list for publication to be able to know who gave anonymously so that I can easily take those donors off the list.
