Client is requesting enhancement to the Luminate Online Integration in Raiser’s Edge NXT to support organization (non-individual) records when processing online donations. Currently, the integration (similar to the Database View RELO plugin) primarily supports individual constituent records, and organization-level data submitted via Luminate Online forms does not fully translate or map into RE NXT.
