Gift Adjustments in NXT

NXT needs to allow for adjustments to recorded gifts. In its current state, any change to a gift record requires that it be deleted and reentered correctly. An adjustment module will allow for NXT users to modify gift records similar to database view.

Now that gift adjustments are available, we really need the ability to delete gift adjustments in case an error occurs. As of now, we can make adjustments, but we should have the same capability to delete them as is provided in DB.
