Add custom questions and text boxes

Allow us to drag in additional questions to ask constituents instead of using an outside survey and have a text box where they can fill in their answer in reply. Seamless integration instead of having to go back and forth between databases.

    This is available today using the custom field widget. Setup your questions using constituent custom fields, then drag the custom field widget onto your Constituent Form and search/select your custom field.

    The form supports yes/no, text and code table (single or multi-select) custom fields types and writes directly to custom fields on the constituent record.
