Blackbaud for Outlook connector does not allow for attachments to be included in the action automatically generated. Prior ideas have been submitted to request this feature but it has not been implemented. At a minimum, please add the ability to edit the action created in NXT and add the attachment there. It is inefficient to have to separate the email and the attachment by having one as an action and the other manually uploaded to the attachment sections, or to have to create an action manually and add all the information.
