Allow the option to disable direct debit as a payment method for one-time gifts on Raiser's Edge NXT Online Giving forms
Currently, when you enable direct debit as an option on a form, it gets turned on for both, one-time and recurring gifts.
We would like to enable the direct debit option for recurring gifts only.
