Added By column in Giving List

Can we please add "Added By" and "Last Changed By" columns as available options when looking at a donor's giving? For those of us with multiple staff entering gifts, this is incredibly helpful.

    Also please add Gift Status so that we can easily find the active recurring gift records

    This is SO necessary for things like auditing, backtracking for questions, and operating as a DBA in general. I have regular maintenance queries where I check gifts for errors in coding, and without knowing who might have made a potential error, it's very difficult to correct.
