Add calculator in unified view for any gift/batch entry, including split gifts

The calculator in database view has been very helpful when dealing with split gifts, as well as receipt amount that may differ from gift amount. Rather than use a separate calculator and cutting and pasting into unified view, a calculator that is native to NXT would be helpful.
