Remove check box for "Recipient is the same person as honouree" for in memory gifts
Remove this check box entirely for in memory gifts, it does not make sense when the person is deceased and can offend people making in memory gifts.

The current setup is not working for gifts in memory. We require the name of the next of kin and their address information if the donor wishes to send a notification to the family.
The tribute wording is confusing and would be upsetting to the family when making a memorial gift.
