Most of our honor/memorial acknowledgement letters stemming from NXT form tribute gifts are not pulling.

The current process seems to be if the donor is not actively entering a name/contact information/requesting the tributee be acknowledged, the "acknowledge" box is not checking, and a letter will not be generated.

Example: a board member with a large network who often donate in honor of him. They do not provide his name and contact info as acknowledgee because they know we have it. Unfortunately, that means it does not trigger the "acknowledge" box to be checked, and these gifts are not pulled when we run the letters.

The problem with this approach: if the tributee is matched during the approval process as a tribute already in our system (and they usually are) we have the acknowledgement information on hand and will send a letter. This means we need to go into each individual gift in DATABASE view to check this box, slowing down a once-efficient process.
