Please Blackbaud, there really should be a field in Import to allow us to link addresses to an existing address (maybe using the address import id?). If I'm adding a thousand new employees through Import, I need a proper way to share those employees' address with the main organization's address.

I also believe the ability to edit all relationship details is long overdue in NXT.
