Ability to Query on Attachments

We need the ability to query attachments added from webview. Media can be queried but our users upload attachments from their phone to constituent records. It is then lost.

This is a big problem for us! We can no longer check whether a record has attachments because queries only pull up those that were added in database view. This is a BUG!

We need this feature to be able to find constituents with attachments to ensure they are properly backed up. You added the attachment tags, now add some way to group them/find them!
