Allow multiple fund merge fields on NXT receipt templates Merged

As it stands now, there is no way to identify, on an NXT receipt, if a donor made a split gift. I feel like all the same merge fields that used to be available via Microsoft Word Merge should be available in NXT now that Microsoft Word Merge has been eliminated from RE.
