Add Gift Code to Gift Record in RE NXT

The lack of Gift Code being available in RE NXT prevents us from using Gift Management to track other gifts (non cash, cheque credit).

    This is a necessary field in order for us to reconcile and have the information available for other uses, i.e. reporting

    We use gift codes to identify how the money hit the bank (Ie BBMS, Cheque, EFT, CanadaHelps, Benevity etc) - which is essential for our monthly reconciliation.

    We use the Gift Code field for all incoming gifts. It is used to pull our recurring gift batches for standing orders and direct debits. We are unable to add gifts via NXT or use NXT donation forms until this becomes available.

    Gift code needs to be editable on gifts and in batch in NXT.
