Enable "Reactivation" to a Deactivated Workflow

Because I deactivated one and then had to copy it. It was activated by my CEO and it was an accidental deactivation. Now I have to go and let him know I did that but a "copy" with me as the created by is on record.... :(

    Additionally, if an email was tied to the workflow, they have to be recreated again if they want to be used again for a future workflow (or the same workflow, just "reactivated").
