Add a copy button to the NXT donation forms and event forms. Merged

OLX allows you to copy an existing form so that you can make minor changes to the copied form with the exact same look and feel. This is easier than creating a brand new form every single time.

    I agree, though this isn't really event-related. Creating multiple donation forms with the same look and feel (and email confirmation) is a pain. There should be an option to either:

    1. Take an existing donation form and copy it for re-use as a new form, or

    2. Create a template to use as a starting point for creating new forms.
