Currently you are unable to add or edit employment and education under the constituent summary of an NXT record, or philanthropic interest under prospect management. You must go back into the database view to add information to those fields - really not efficient when working with a constituent record to have to toggle back and forth, especially when we are trying to empower our relationship managers to fully use NXT.  Thanks!
