Add Access to Attachments and Custom Fields on the NXT "Edit action" Form

They are available on the "Add action" form and available in the Action details view, but it would be considerably more efficient and convenient and logical to have them accessible on the "Edit action" form.

Please, it must be a simple fix, but it's something that is needed often in N
XT...edits of Actions is a regular thing, so why should some items not be included?
