Add "Not one of" and "Does not equal" filter options for Custom Fields in Constituent Lists

I need to be able to filter a list to show constituents that do not have a particular custom field. As of now, I can only filter if they have that particular custom field.

I need to exclude folks with TWO other criteria: (1) employees and (2) folks who are unassigned. I can only select one list using add/exclude, so doing what Jarod suggests doesn't quite do the trick. How about adding "not one of" and "does not equal" in a list instead (as suggested here)?

I'll leave this Idea open, but I did want to point out that its possible to achieve the desired result today by following these steps:

    1. Create and save a list of Constituents that do have a particular custom field.

    2. Create a list of all Constituents

    3. Utilize the "Add/Exclude" capability in Lists to Exclude the entire list of Constituents that do have the custom field

    Thanks,
